1. Information collected
AetherShade collects information you voluntarily submit through the project enquiry form and the Project Pathfinder. This includes your name, email address, business name, current website URL, industry, required service, primary goal, budget range, desired timeline and project details.
AetherShade does not collect payment information, sensitive personal data or information from visitors who do not submit a form.
2. How information is stored
Submitted enquiry data is stored in a Supabase database. Supabase is a third-party service provider. Data is retained for the purpose of managing project enquiries and communications. You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@aethershade.in.
3. Email communications
After a successful form submission, AetherShade sends a confirmation email to the address provided and a notification to the studio. These emails are sent through Resend, a third-party transactional email service. AetherShade does not operate automated marketing sequences.
4. Analytics
If analytics are enabled, AetherShade may collect anonymised usage data to understand how the website is used. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
5. Data sharing
AetherShade does not sell, trade or share personal data with third parties beyond the service providers named above (Supabase, Resend) which are necessary to operate the enquiry workflow.
6. Concept projects
The seven projects displayed on this website are independent concept projects created by AetherShade. They are not client projects and do not involve real patient, customer or business data.
7. Third-party links
This website includes links to live concept projects hosted on subdomains of aethershade.in. AetherShade is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external third-party websites that may be linked from those projects.
